On Thursday, September 15th, we hosted 34 of our teachers to their first class of the Vermilion Aspiring Leadership Academy.  The Academy will consist of 9 classes over the next school year for leaders who aspire to be in leadership roles in the future. Mrs. Kim Etie, Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Federal Programs is the facilitator of the program and will be joined by various central office leaders throughout the year.

"We hope this opportunity provides these aspiring leaders with opportunities to facilitate growth in their own leadership skills.  Developing future leaders is crucial for our success and we hope that this program will help to grow our own Vermilion leaders for the future," says Etie.
