🌈Our students had a blast at Fun Fest! THANK YOU to all the volunteers who helped make this event run smoothly for all our Jr. Patriots!🌈

Mrs. Jennifer’s 4th grade students have become awesome authors! Many students have developed the love of writing so much that they write at home in their spare time. One student in particular , Reese, wrote a fiction adventure story to share with the class! He read each chapter and asked a comprehension question that he had Mrs. Jennifer created. He then checked all the student responses for accuracy! What a fun day in ELA!

Today at Cafe CPE Mrs. Mya’s classes attended a “Book Tasting” and became critics to create a menu of the books they read!!!📚

ACA "Arts in Education" partnered with CPE today to present "Breakin it Down: The History of Breakdancing."
Our fifth graders learned a little history about break dancing and learned various dance moves and styles!

All students have hobbies, talents, and interests. But sometimes- students will talk about the love of a sport so much that it makes an impact on all who see that fire!
So when Mrs. Jennifer saw that fire in a particular student she knew she had to take action! Luckily, Mrs. Jennifer has a close friend who is the mother of a former professional baseball pitcher/player.
Mrs. Jennifer mentioned one of her students who shares the passion and love of baseball to her friend and next thing you know- a signed baseball is being delivered!
Being an athlete is a special gift… you can reach others and make an impact in their lives! So thank you to Ty C.!!! We know that the message to “Keep hitting the books” will be forever etched in this little Patriot’s heart and mind! ❤️💙

Ms. Karlee and Ms. Emma's friends have been studying insects. Today they were able to watch a couple caterpillars grow into butterflies!🦋🦋

2 more students from Mrs. Jennifer’s class rang the AR bell today on the last day for AR! Way to go Samuel and Conrad!🎉

Reese V. is the very first student to reach 100 AR points in Mrs. Jennifer’s classes! We are so proud of you Reese! ❤️💙
