Mrs. Kristin’s food scientists tasted their homemade salad dressing today! They’ve been investigating how molecules behave with and without an emulsifier! 🥗 🧑‍🔬

Students in Mrs. Jennifer’s classes role played tax collecting from a day in the life of a Colonist in 1765! Using M&Ms, colonists had to pay the tax collectors various amounts based on “unfair “ decisions made by students representing Parliament. Taxes were paid and M&Ms were taken ! Some students were happy with the outcome, while some were sad that they were left with almost nothing! - No worries- all students received more M&Ms at the conclusion of the class! ❤️
