The following are the Parish Results: Selena Alexander - 3rd place in the 400 m Hunter Packard -2nd place in the 400 m and 2nd place in the 800 m Camille Marceaux- 3rd place in the 1 mile Owen Marceaux- 2nd place in the 110 m hurdles, 2nd place in the 300 m hurdles, and 3rd place in the high jump Reace Richard- 1st place high jump PARISH CHAMPION!!! The Kaplan High School chapter of Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America has partnered with the Louisiana State Police and the Louisiana Passenger Safety Taskforce to host a FREE community child safety seat installation check at KHS on April 29th from 10 AM-1 PM. Certified child passenger safety technicians and instructors will be on hand to provide information to caregivers on the proper use of child restraints as well as installation guidance, current laws, and tips on how children should be secured. It is estimated that more than half of all child safety restraints are improperly installed! Please feel free to share the included flyer with your schools, daycares, families, and friends.
